The Yoga and Wellness Retreat will be hosted from 19th to 23rd August 2020 at Pensiunea Doru under the guidance and instruction of Mr. Manish Bhatia, who is an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher from India. Manish qualified as a yoga teacher from the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana University in India, after a 200-hour teacher training course and an additional 300-hour program on Yoga Therapy from the LifeSpring Wellness Center. Manish has been teaching yoga in Cluj for the last two and a half years and has conducted yoga workshops in more than 30 cities the world over, including Poland, Czech Republic, India and Romania. His workshops and classes focus on increasing flexibility with specific attention to relieving chronic back and neck pain, which are a by-product of our current lifestyle. Manish’s teaching philosophy is to ensure that his students are so well versed in the restorative benefits of yogic practice that they stay as far from the need for a doctor as humanly possible.

The 4 nights and 5 days of the Retreat will include daily conversations with Manish about yoga therapy and yoga sessions aimed at restoring and rebuilding your mind and body in a holistic and conscious manner. You will also enjoy delicious meals prepared with organic and locally harvested produce, with workshops where you will learn about the benefits of paying attention to each ingredient that goes into making your meal complete. Experience the restorative power of walks in undisturbed nature and learn about yogic theory from an experienced and knowledgeable practitioner. Unwind at the inhouse spa center to find a deeper connection with yourself and be filled with invigorating energy, all in the lap of unspoiled landscapes and lush green forests.
